Box leagues
This site has no league yet. Set one up, or skip all of that and just track a single box in this browser.

BY EMAIL
We email you a six-digit code to type in. No password. Use the address your club has for you, or one you added yourself. Your player link keeps working either way.
Been to your inbox already?
Check your inbox. Type the six-digit code below.
It works once and expires in 15 minutes. If the email has a link in it, tapping that signs you in too. Asking for a new code stops the old one working, so use the newest email you have.
Which one are you?
Copy the link your club shared and paste the whole thing.
New to the club?
After the end date players can’t enter scores. You still can. Both dates are needed: they are how anyone tells when the season is over. A season runs up to 190 days and can start up to three months from today. Three months is what we recommend: a box league works to a deadline.
Open this season to change its points. They are only editable on the season you are looking at, because a number typed against the wrong one would quietly rewrite a table.
Changing the points re-adds every score in this season. The table moves, the results don’t. The format can’t be changed, because it would make the scores already entered mean something different. That’s a new season, not an edit.
Boxes can be added from the + beside the box tabs, up to what your plan runs. They can’t be removed or renumbered, because that would move players out from under scores they have already played.
Still the example season. Have a look, then press the button at the bottom. Nothing here is kept.
THIS CANNOT BE UNDONE
HOW SHOULD IT START?
THE CLUB PLAN
CLEARS THE EXAMPLE DATA
Tramline Wright and friends go, along with their boxes and scores. There’s nothing in here worth keeping. It was only ever there so you could see the thing work.
Your league keeps its name, and you stay signed in as the owner. Next you’ll name your first season and say how many boxes you want. Takes a minute.
SIX DIGITS, ONCE
Everything already in here stays exactly as it is: your players, your scores, your season. Nothing is copied or reset. We just need an address so it's yours rather than this browser's.
We send one email to confirm it. Tap the link in it, or type the code back in here. From then on that address is how you sign in, with no password.
Check your inbox. Tap the link in the email and this league is yours. Nothing in it changes.
Use this if you're reading the email on another phone or computer. Expires in 24 hours. Nothing arriving? Check spam.

You're in
You’re signed in. Installing puts the league on your home screen, one tap away.
Add your email and you will not need the link again. Your player link stops working when the season ends. An email address does not, and it is how the club sends you a match reminder or a receipt.

That is the setting-up done
You can change any of this later under Club, then Settings. Nothing you left unticked is deleted, and anything already set up stays where it is.
No connection
We could not reach your league. Nothing has been lost: scores and standings are on the server, and they will be here when you are back.
Back online. Trying again…
One step left
You set the Direct Debit up on GoCardless’ own secure page. No card, and no bank details ever touch Clayside.
Seeds are the players your committee places rather than draws. Leave the box blank for everybody else.
Everyone uses this one link and picks their own name from the list, so it belongs in the group chat and nowhere public. If it gets out, press Replace link and post the new one.

Club record
Club messages, invitations, welcomes and renewal rounds, newest first.
Every round has a date it should be played by. Nothing moves a match on one: it is a promise the club makes to itself, and the overdue list is what acts on a broken one. They have to run forwards and land on or before finals day.
Leave a round alone and it plays the event's own scoring. Clubs use this to play a shorter format early and a full one in the final.
Pick the matches, in order, and put a time against the ones you have decided. Leave a time blank for "and then". A match nobody has reached yet names the two people who could be in it until it can name one.
A passed date changes nothing on its own. Whatever you decide here is recorded as a result, and taking both players out hands their next opponent a walkover.

YOUR CLUB LADDER
Still the example club. Have a look, then press the button at the bottom. Nothing here is kept.
Takes every match off the ladder and puts every rating back where it started. Who is on the ladder, and these settings, are untouched.
